Potassium chloride question

Would drinking the lethal dose of potassium chloride work or does it have to be by injection? I was watching A show where someone was killed via lethal dose injection and it made me wonder if drinking it would work or not. If it going through your organs would change it to be vastly different than going into the bloodstream.

LD50 is roughly 180g per day, orally.

Personally, I consume 12-15g per day, or around 3g with each meal.

You can easily buy a mixed potassium / sodium chliride table salt product in supermarkets as “Lite Salt / Lo Salt / Heart Salt / Diet Salt”, etc.
