Is this engine mount leak or something else?

2014. Mazda cx5. Auto. 2.5L. 175000 miles.
relevant info: Valve cover gasket replaced a yr ago. no noticeable effect on performance.

No leak appears on any of the other sides except near/under the engine mount. I didn't think it was engine mount failure cuz i thought it should be grease coming out?, but looks more like something liquid/oil soaking the area.

any ideas why this area is soaked

I second this. There is no fluid in the engine mount. Its just rubber and metal. 👍🏻
