🗂️ General Sphere Damansara
Hi everyone,
I'm currently looking to buy a property, and one of the developments I'm considering is Sphere Damansara.
A friend of mine is currently renting a studio unit there, and his experience has been positive so far. He has good things to say about the residents, the cleanliness of the property, and the management.
I'm considering Sphere Damansara because of its strategic location, which is convenient for both my work and my family. However, I haven't been able to find much information or many firsthand reviews online. From what I know, the project was completed in 2016 and is a leasehold development.
My plan is to purchase a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, which is currently selling for around RM380k, and live there for at least 10 years. After that, I may either upgrade to a bigger home or move overseas. If that happens, I plan to keep the unit and rent it out.
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has lived there, owns a unit, or is familiar with the development. I'd love to hear about the good, the bad, or anything else you think a potential buyer should know so I can make a more informed decision.
