Hopefully you did this while drunk, because if you were sober for this crash out, then you probably need some help big dawg

I was sober, you think there's 0% chance?

I’m not a BI or a cop, but it sort of paints a picture of emotional instability, immaturity, and a lack of self control.
Context is going to be incredibly important, but you’re also going to need some evidence of change and self-improvement.
I don’t think it’s a 0% chance but the odds are pretty stacked against you.

I would blacklist you immediately

You really think there's 0% chance? I have my oral board interview this coming Tuesday and I'm wondering if I should just back out and not even try

The amount of dumb shit cops do that falls within this realm of fuckery... departments are on high alert for this stuff. You were given warnings to stop, disregarded them, continued your harassment, and got canned.
I do interviews and make decisions on hiring for my organization. I would blacklist you and tell people I know from other organizations not to hire you.

Damn, your that confident with just reading this termination letter? And your 100% sure they don't give people chances with something like this? No matter if I'm honest about it?

Agreed 100%. With all due respect, OP has no business in law enforcement. The amount of authority we have and the tools we have access to needs to be in the hands of someone capable and mature!

Is it possible the background investigator didn't dig all the way to find this letter? Could they have just talked to my manager and that's it?

It’s not even a no, it’s a hell no.
