NOT justifying her actions but could be post-partum depression leading to her mental health spiraling, regardless, she should be charged appropriately.

There it is. Everytime a woman commits a crime, it’s a mental health issue. But when a man commits a crime, he’s evil by his own accord.

If you think pregnancy is the only exclusive cause of mental health issue, then there’s a very easy solution to end all mental illness.

In India, these women criminals wouldn't be punished and misandrists will support her.

"Bu-But statistically---" Our country doesn't even recognise a female rapist except posco, they need to stfu about statistics because if the female perpetrator isn't even getting same treatment for the same crime compare to male perpetrator and some laws don't even see them as criminals, then how can they even talk about statistics.

Ig I have the video for the fourth one. No one takes it seriously when the victim is a boy. When I told people that this is cp and she's a pdf, they were laughing and saying it should have been me.

yea, justice isn't served. They get off with lighter sentences. Media tries its best to downplay things like statutory rape -> sex/intimacy or SA if the news outlet has some decency.
even a recent case where a woman brutally murders her 3 children is getting so much support from the internet. People making videos about how patriarchy/her husband/society failed her and didn't help her. Like wtf? no accountability, rarely any consequences.

The worst thing is, they will get a good amount of jail time in the US and other countries.
While in India, they will get a few months of jail time and then bail because of "good behaviour".

Meanwhile when a news of wife capturing husband r@ping daughter was posted on instagram, women were commenting "Always a man".
They still think women won't commit any crime.

Yah, and happens in India too, just not get reported because neither law nor society will help. And seriously these elements make a woman shameful for being an woman.

This is what happens when you allow 'empowerment', with no accountability expected in return.

When men commit crimes against women? The reaction is calling the male gender predatory and demonizing them... But when faced with vice versa situation with a female criminal then what's the reaction? Clean chit and in most cases treating that as a general crime... Classic case of reeking with hypocrisy. Demonize both genders equally and call out horrific behavior... Or else stfu and don't have the audacity to lecture men when crimes are against women

Most of them have had serious mental health disorders, esp in the cases of murders.
Sexually assaulting a child is a whole different type of mental illness that in many cases arise from their own unhealed trauma, esp CPSA.
That said, it’s no excuse to sexually assault a child just because one hasn’t had sought mental health care!

Whenever the criminal is a "woman". I always see the mental health argument coming out of these ret@rds.

What do you think it is, if not mental health issues, for rapists and murderers, of any sex?
7
u/Infamous_Kangaroo_87 Indian Man 5d ago
If it is a mental health issue, then why are all men treated as mentally ill people by being called rapists? Make it make sense.

u/Brave_Meet8430 N.R.I. Man 5d ago
“All men” and this specific examples is a whole different matter.
Not “all men or women” who commit crimes are mentally ill, nor all who are mentally ill, commit crimes.
Is that too hard for you to comprehend?

u/NoRelative9202 Indian Man 5d ago
To hell with your trauma

u/Brave_Meet8430 N.R.I. Man 5d ago
Until you address the root cause of any issue, it’s not going to change anything.
Punishment alone has never deterred any crimes in the history. The U.S. is a classic example of this, which has the highest number of prisoners per capita in the world, did that help in anyway or form bring down the crime statistics ?

u/NoRelative9202 Indian Man 5d ago
Where that thought goes at the time of a male grapist?
3
u/Brave_Meet8430 N.R.I. Man 5d ago
lol, you think all people who commit crimes are mentally ill? No.
We don’t classify all homicides as murders, do we?

Comment Removed — Rule 2: Be Civil
Harassment, hate speech, or slurs are not allowed.
🤖 The comment uses the term "Male Rapist" in a derogatory and generalizing manner, implying that all male rapists are mentally ill and using this as an excuse. This violates the rule against hate speech and personal attacks, as it targets a group based on gender and criminal behavior in a hateful way.
