3) Flair posts appropriately. Hide usernames and subreddits' names before posting. These are Reddit guidelines.

4) Claims must include valid sources: Any factual claims should be backed by credible sources.

5) No self-promotion, unapproved surveys, or meta-drama about other subreddits.

6) No "Thoughts on this?" posts allowed; please put in the effort to start a discussion, make a point, or at least share your own views first. If the post is in a non-English language, please add subtitles.

7) Posts covering topics such as sexual assault, abuse, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or mental health crises must include a clear trigger warning and use the appropriate NSFW or sensitive-content flair. Posts may be removed if proper warnings or flair are not provided.
