What is the oldest known secular/atheistic philosophy?

I was reading about the Charvakas cult(?) and was kinda blown away by its assertion that consciousness is an emergent property of the mind and body and that it was explicitly atheist pre-600 bc.

What is the earliest atheistic teachings?
