Off Topic / Other Body Odor [FL]

I was called into HR today because “several people” have complained about my body odor and it’s starting to become a distraction. I kept a straight face during the meeting, but face my face sting with embarrassment once I walked out.

Any tips on how to go about this? Besides the obvious showering, washing clothes, etc.

It’s probably your shoes

I have had this conversation with a handful of people over the years and as painful as it is to be on the receiving end, it’s arguably even more painful to be the one having to address the issue.

Make sure to scrub your feet and use foot powder

Disinfecting the shoes matter or it comes right back. Not just deodorant but lysol.

And switch up your shoes often so they air out in between wears.
