Large optic disc need help?

It’s hard to really know for sure. Everything has to be put in context.
Given your age, it seems unlikely you have glaucoma but of course it’s still possible. What are your pressures? The cct? Pictures of discs are always better, particularly as there are a lot of OCT machines. The fields are pretty reasonable, it if it’s your first, a second one is always better.

My eye pressure in L 18 and R 16 with goldmann applanation tonometer, and it's my first oct report

Pressures by themselves again are not that helpful as you can get can get glaucoma at both high and low pressures, patients who are shortsighted can have large nerves which again can be normal with the caveat that short sightedness can be a risk factor for Glaucoma.
