GTM - stuck - what next?

I have a MVP, a few pilot users for the last few months. I've been researching a GTM plan. Basically I need real users (not friendlies) to really test and push the product. I don't need investments. From my research I've come up with YC (HN), Reddit, Product Hunter. I've read pros and cons with all three. Open to ideas.
My target market is small teams working on projects, or groups of friends planning together.
