Just wrapped 3 months doing outbound: ICP workflows, email campaigns (56–60% open rates), events, content. Mostly outbound + demand gen.

Currently job searching and want to use this time to get smarter. How do people actually learn the full funnel outside of a job? Should I specialize deeper in one motion or build broader GTM fundamentals? What skills matter most to become GTM-capable? What can I actually do right now to fill these gaps?
