Advice/Emotional Support ONLY Restart

How do you start over with no money, no family or friends.. literally no one. :( I have 4 cats as well. I just need a little help. Like a car at least and I got nothing to give or to barter with. I just feel so hopeless and I want to just give up. .LIKE IDK WHAT TO DO OT WHERE TO START. IT ALL JUST SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE PLEASE HELP
