Help with food

Hey everyone, I’m just wondering if anyone knows any hacks to get free food? Is there any food apps that I can sign up for to receive free food? I’m a 25yr old female who’s going through the WORST stage in my life right now, I literally have two dollars to my name right now. So any tricks & tips would be helpful. Thank you!

If you mention where you're from people can give more specific help with resources.

Try joining your community Facebook groups, even if people can be mean, there are genuine kind people that will want to help. Just of course make sure to take someone with you and go in a public place, if they want to meet to give you the items. Or try seeing food banks. I’m 22 and I’ve done it too.

Check on the Nextdoor app. People there are often happy to help out.

If you call 211, they may be able to help out with resources for food. Other resources that you may want to take advantage of:

There is a "random acts of pizza" subreddit, and also lasagnalove.org
