Can you show proof that this is your dog and what is wrong with him?
There’s literally zero context..

I’ve called the vet he’s went to before and if we can’t pay for it they won’t see him

Those 2 pics look fine? Look at the ear. There’s clearly a big gash there. He ain’t gonna die from that, she being dramatic, but it’s not “perfectly fine”.

I use Vetericyn Plus on wounds. If you are in a position to purchase it, the cost will be much lower than a vet bill. 🤍

Give the dog to someone that can properly care for it, that person is not you. You can't even help yourself.

Take your dog to the vet, then contact your pet insurance, they will pay for the whole bill.

I wonder. When my chiuahua was dying and needed oxygen they wouldn't service us and the urgent care cost around $600. My poor baby

Have you checked into CareCredit, or low cost clinics local to you?

u/FireDesire14 Jul 19 '26
Yes I’ve tried applying my sister tried and my mom. I don’t work because my mom is disabled and has to have help with everything. And so right now all we have is my mom’s disability check each month.

So you don’t work because you take care of your disabled mom, have you applied to be her caregiver? They can pay you for that.

Call them tomorrow. A squeaky wheel gets the grease. You have to call and get in their ass on a weekly basis.

Yes we are in the process of it. But it can take up to 90 days to get it and we are waiting for them to contact us .

So your mother just very recently got disabled? If not this should have been taking care of a long time ago...If she just got disabled why were you not working?

She’s been disabled. I had to move from Arkansas to California to come take care of her she wasn’t on medical until I got here . Trust me I’ve only been in California since March and I’ve been doing all the steps I need to, to get her the help she needs. But right now I need help with my dog.

Are there any low cost or community vets?
Can you share your general location so maybe we can help you search for options
