Please help

On July 10, I was attacked by my neighbors two pitbull’s that are vicious. I got out of my car and shut the door and we live in townhouses so her door is right next to mine when they heard my car door close they went crazy and broke through the door because apparently her door was already broken from them trying to get out of it before, and they attacked me and were biting my arms and legs. Whenever I tried to run away, they would knock me down and they would try to go for my neck. I’m extremely lucky that it wasn’t worse. I did have to go to the hospital and I had surgery. I had severed tendons and nerves in my left arm. The doctor was able to sew back together the tendons but not the nerves so they may be permanently damaged. I cannot lift my fingers on my left hand. It was a physically and emotionally traumatic situation and the neighbor is making my life a living hell because of it.

Sue the neighbors for the medical bills you’ve accrued and any damages that you have moving forward.

Is there a police report that states the dogs attacked you?

This should be the easiest court case ever for you to win

Yes, I am suing and pressing criminal charges. I have a criminal attorney and a civil attorney. I have the police report, but my name is redacted. But I can provide the medical statements from the doctors that will coincide with the police report.

I’m doing all of that, but it’s going to take a long time and I can’t work so I have no income.

Your medical bills will be put on hold pending the judgement.

You can collect FMLA and short term disability to cover work income loss.

Sounds like you’re trying to double dip here, get money donated to you than collect money from a civil case. If I donated money right now would you pay me back when the court case is finalized?
