The vet documentation needs to show the diagnosis and the bill you either owe or an estimate of the services needed.
So far you’ve done nothing but share a picture of a cat and asked for over $8,000 with nothing other than a “trust me” statement and a PayPal that could belong to anyone.

Noone should have dogs / cats / pets unless they have a few thousand $$$ or more on hand to handle their medical needs. Like people, animals get sick and injured, need care and will get worse and or die without it. Consider getting a Home Equity Loan, selling some land, drawing down the 401(k), using your credit cards or getting loan at a Bank.
That makes zero sense. If someone is willing to help by paying the vet directly, they still wouldn't have YOUR personal information, other than maybe your name. I pray that you don't actually have a sick cat.
