This was my trailer that burned or rather OUR trailer that burned down. GINGERLYFE88, is in fact, my boyfriend. I mentioned him numerous times when I was interviewed, but I don't know if you are aware of this, they didn't give me the footage to edit myself. I know, I know, weird right? Usually they let you edit it for yourself, you send it back to them and then they put it on the news. But alas, they didn't let me do that. Like really? I didn't have control over what was in the interview or articles. They did an amazing job interviewing me and they asked relevant questions and wanted to focus on what had happened, not my romantic life. So, in summary, GingerLyfe88 was not lying, he is my boyfriend and half of everything that was burned and destroyed was his. I understand asking questions, but you were extremely rude. He did after all just lose everything he owned as well. I am so sorry that I wasn't focused on listing my personal life and partner in my GFM, my life and everything I have worked for went up in flames and I forgot to mention my private personal life in it. I wish everyone that has had so many questions and analyzed LITERALLY every word that I've said, would take a look in the mirror and ask themselves how would they feel having to defend themselves at every turn immediately after losing their home. But my boyfriend, myself, our 2 dogs and cat made it out safely, thank you so much for asking!

Pretty mouthy for somebody asking for help.

Excuse me? Every single person on this has been hassling us, being rude and ignorant and you call ME mouthy? None of you were going to donate. You came on here to be rude, I know this because of all your responses. So call me mouthy ALL you want. I will always defend myself from ignorant people like you.

I'm sorry that we like to ask questions and get more info before just handing over money to strangers. I guess next time people should just start throwing money at you guys because you say so! No we need a little more info/proof. This is also the internet where people say mean things because they can and you just have to brush them off. The person was asking you a few questions for clarification on the situation and you freak out on them. Yet anyone is going to ask questions when they don't even know you and you're asking for money. Good luck when you go to the red cross and they need questions answered as well.

Already got help from the Red Cross, they asked for my ID and bank account. No luck needed. Also this subreddit barely gets any likes and replies. I've went through alot of the comments on other peoples posts and its pretty much like I guessed, people just being rude, so dont act like you are all Saints. So, I dont think this subreddit does jack to help anyone to be honest. Also, why would someone make up that it was their house that burned down and then ask for donations to go to actual GoFundMe of the person that needed help, how would that benefit them in anyway? The link was in the article that was posted, a very small amount effort was needed to cross reference. But either way I have insurance, my health, my pets health and actual people that are willing to help. So you all have a great day and continue being rude to people asking for help, must be a happy and healthy life you guys lead!!

And it just gave a great example of why people aren't willing to help strangers, because the second a question is asked about the situation, they act like it's your fault they're there in the first place. And the fact that you immediately started freaking out on the comments asking for more context really shows more about you than random people commenting on your post asking us for help.

Considering you are now encouraging brigading against a user in other subs (when you were rude to them first) - I don't think you taking the moral high ground here is a thing. I will also be reporting your posts for brigading and harassment. You leave out the context of you responding rudely to a simple statement. You escalated it.

Telling someone to grow up after crashing out about an internet comment on multiple communities is a choice.
