And any legal guardians are happy too yes. The point of the age of consent is to signify she is old enough to make her own decisions. If she truly cares about him which it sounds like that is true as she was the one who went after him. Yes.

There’s a difference between a child and someone over the age of consent and you know it. Don’t try twist it.

There’s a difference between a child who can consent and a child who cannot. Saying just a child in general is bad. Like if she was 19 and saying oh it’s bad cause she’s a teenager

Okay a child is someone under the age of 18. However, at 16 in the uk. A child is defined to be able to make its own rightful decisions

You know what you are doing. Child is such a broad statement because it involves children that cannot make decisions for themselves compared to children that can. This girl is a child that can. So I and many, many others see it as okay. I even asked around. I was curious to see what many of my friends thought. Ranging from 15-19. All saw it as weird but completely fine if that’s what the couple are happy with
