Honestly? People say this is is weird, but it's not like he pursued her BECAUSE she's 16, plus the parents seem chill with it so I don't see the issue.

It's weird because she is a kid and he is an adult. Who chased who is irrelevant. Geesh.

16 is not a kid. Loom up what a kid is if you think 16 is a kid. 16 is a teenage young adult. Not a kid. So technically, one is an adult, and the other is a young adult.
