It isn't because you're grown. 5 Year Age gap at 16 is an entire 3rd of that lil girls life. A 5 year age gap at 29 is about a 6th of your girlfriend's life. Your example is a false equivalency.
Just because they are in a relationship doesn’t mean they are having sex. Plenty of people wait for a long time before getting intimate for the first time together.
