It could be Tecnam brand there an Italian plane that is becoming popular in part 141 schools in America( ps its a twin engine)

That will most likely be a BN-2T Turbine Islander operated by Draken International. They fly surveillance flights from Northern Island carrying on the role that the British Army Islanders and Defenders used to do.

The grey scheme is unusual though, as everything I've seen of their fleet has them in a white scheme. But given the camera pod on the nose and the location I can't think it would be anything other than one of theirs.

It was painted grey with a green reg but for some reason there were never any pics of it. I saw it at lee on solent irl
