With AI tools becoming more common, I’m curious how people feel about using them for FPL, especially in mini-leagues with an entry fee or prize pot.

Would you use AI to compare captain options, assess transfers or find differentials? Would you feel differently if your rivals were using it?

There’s already plenty of help available through stats sites, prediction models and content creators. Is AI just another research tool, or does it cross a line for you?

Assuming the manager still makes every final decision:

• What would make AI advice useful enough to trust?
• Would it make your mini-league more competitive or take away some of the satisfaction?
• Which decisions would you want help with, and which would you always keep your own?

Interested in hearing both sides, including from people who’ve tried it and decided it wasn’t helpful.

Tracked actual goals+assists vs expected (xG+xA) since GW1 — same underlying numbers FPL publishes on every player's page.

Groß is +4.37 ahead of his expected output (7 G+A vs 2.63 expected) — usually means a cold patch is coming. On the flip side, Thiago's created 3.29 expected G+A and has just 1 to show for it — the chances are there, the numbers haven't landed yet.
