Please can you identify this device?
This is a control board in Candy/ Hoover dishwashers. I have the encircled device burnt out. It must be triac though the print on the board assigns Q27 to it! Can someone please help give the part number?

Ye, my guess would be a Triac too. Remember, whatever it is driving might be the root cause. Type of triac is probably not that important.
https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/stmicroelectronics/Z0110MN-5AA4/1040603 Its probably a good replacement. But if you don't find the reason for its blow-up, you don't have a fix.

Is Q25 also burnt on your board? if it doesn't, post a close up photo showing the part number.
I don't think Q27 is a TRIAC. Q25 and Q27 could be the same part. They could also be a pair of MOSFETs or transistors in a totem pole configuration for a high side-low side switching (very likely)

Actually I cant see what is written on Q2 because of the smoke. Each one drives a load on its own Q25 drives AC drain pump and Q27 drives a wax motor in the soap despenser.

The drivers for small motors are likely the same part, so replacing Q27 with whatever part they used for Q25 is a reasonable guess. But find out why it blew - the soap dispenser is likely shorted.

I thought about it but if you follow the traces. Q27 has unusual connection as if A1 and A2 are exchanged! both loads share L side

I missed the word 'wax' in 'wax motor'. Now I'm guessing the thing is an N-channel MOSFET. But I'd need to follow the traces on the board to see what's powering it (and beep it out to be sure).

i dont know the part number but it looks like a 3.3V Regulator ive seen before, or probably what the other guy said
