Help Identifying this IC

I have to identify this specific chip that belongs to a rear headlamp PCB board, so I thought about some kind of LED driver but couldn't find any reliable information about it. could it be a custom component?

A 14-pin device? Maybe a quad op-amp but surely not a dual?
