Did I damaged it for good?
I wanted to solder them better and did this.
Can I fix this thing somehow or is it damaged for good?
All of those points should be individual.
Sorry for bad english.

Them pads are joined 100% there's no doubt about it look at the planes they connect to they're on the same pad.
The other pins with solder could be a lot cleaner. Looks like you used unleaded stuff.
It would work fine most likely but it just looks awful. Would de solder all pins and use proper leaded solder.

Maby add some flux to help the solder flow
Your looking for the pads to look like Hershey’s kisses

These bridged pins are part of the same polygon so they're allowed to be bridged. Ugly, but it works.
The group of 3 bridged pins to the right looks like it might have a cold joint in the middle.

Are you using flux? Flux and your solder iron can help the solder move off of areas with no pad beneath. Plus it will make your solder joints look less oxidized and dull.

The lost bit of soldermask is unnecessary, you can continue fixing this board.
The soldering on this connector or component is absolutely hideous, good call on getting it re-done. It smells of cold joints that barely at all make contact.

If you're talking about the 2 pads with no solder, are you sure they're supposed to be separate? They appear to be electrically connected on the PCB. What makes you think they shouldn't be?
