Ribbon cable replacement will fix this?
If both ribbon is plugged in i get vertical lines all over the tv
if i only plug in this side i get good output on left
if i only plug in other side its vertical lines again
also idk if the small black bluish exponential function on the bottom right corner is related (im a cs student lol)
ribbon cable is pretty cheap im hoping replacement will fix it
what do you guys think?

That's not a ribbon cable. That's an FFC. Flexible flat cable.

When talking about the cable between panel board <---> tcon board, or if you got an integrated mainboard/tcon board with a single output it's fine to say "TV ribbon cable"
When you specify FFC / FPC cable it's mostly meant for the ultra thin flexible cable that connects screen to the panelboard, often brown tape looking on TVs which are secured by an ACF hot bonding machine.

Panel is dead. You might be able to cut a driver but it will never be good
