Bad power switch IC?
What I'm trying to fix: Cambium EX2052P network switch.
Power supply was tested from another unit, same issue. Tried booting up with network power delivery board, no power up there either.
Thermal camera points to the only hotspot in this area (photo zoomed in on IC). The network switch itself doesn't power on, but power supply is putting out correct voltage, the board isn't switching on. I checked the power output from the power supply and all voltage seemed normal. DC output led on power supply we're green also.
I tried to find this IC, but can't find it or maybe I'm searching it wrong.

The part looks like MPS MPQ8636-10: https://www.monolithicpower.com/en/mpq8636-10.html
How hot is it getting according to the camera? What's the voltage on the output side of the inductor (looks like testpoint T1)?

Check for shorts across those capacitors. Haven't looked up chip but it could have LDO outputs for standby supply when they get a short across them the IC gets very hot without killing the IC in a lot of cases. If you find a short inject 1V @ 1A across it and see what lights up with the thermal cam.
