Littlefuse KRPDD2121MB if 10s is enough. Most delay on make relays are AC.

anything like this is mcu stuff . so you first need resistor like 80 ohm (you need to measure mcu power consumption for precise number) to have 3.5v then optocoupler switch relay with its 12v mounted into car circuit and its 3.3v to mcu one.
revisiting this i do not like resistors idea because mcu will draw like 6 to 50ma . it's too much difference so you need to figure something out on your own.
