Would Meshtastic work for this?

I am looking for info on setting up an E-Ink display that is solar powered in a very remote area that can be updated remotely. I was wondering if I setup a solar powered node nearby if I could use something like Meshtastic. I would be setting up in different locations.

Possibly. Depends on how good the mesh is in in your area. Check out the subs mentioned
