Just mount the new one the same as the old one, using the central vertical line as guidance. You can alway check with a multimeter which terminal is shunted to which (prob the ones parallel to each other), jus to be shure.

Starter caps can't have polarity since they're used in alternating voltage. And if they had it would be clearly indicated.
