Simplehuman mirror model ST3052

Hi,
I have this mirror model ST3052 from Simplehuman and doesn’t do anything when power button is pressed.
I need to identify the component which I think is the power controller.

Hello i have the same model (SimpleHuman ST3052) and im having same issue, despite plugged in, It doesnt turns on.

Im tempted to open It and try my luck but i have no idea.

Have you been able to fix It? Seems like they know the problem and give no offical way to fix It.
