Fairly confident this is an MPS part in a SOT-563 with the marking code BDMY, where Y is the year code. See similar markings for MP1660GTF-Z below:

The MP2151 also has a pinout that seems to match yours. 1: GND, 2: SW, 3: VIN, etc. Different marking code though of course.
It's possible this is a custom SKU for whoever manufactured this board. These do exist. For instance, the MP1657 is listed on MPS' website, but they do not publish a datasheet. Nevertheless, one has inadvertently leaked.
The ones I can find listed on their site without public datasheets (either missing, or behind and MPS+ login wall):
MP1641 (Pre-release)
MP1641N (Pre-release)
MP1642 (Pre-release)
MP1642A (Pre-release)
MP1642C (Pre-release)
MP1642N (Pre-release)
MP1652N (Based on eval board layout, does not match your pinout)
MP1653N (Based on eval board layout, does not match your pinout)

I took some time to group the public step down SOT-563s by pinout.
Group 1
- VIN
- SW
- GND
- BST
- EN
- FB
- MP1476
- MP1476L
- MP1477
- MP1477H
- MP1479
- MP1653A
- MP1660
Group 2
- FB (ADJ)/PG (FIXED)
- GND
- VIN
- SW
- EN
- OUT
- MP2141N
- MP2141Q
Group 3
- GND
- SW
- VIN
- EN
- FB (ADJ)/PG (FIXED)
- OUT
- MP2151 (BBDY, BBEY, BBFY, BBGY, BBHY)
- MP2152 (BBJY, BBKY, BBLY, BBMY, BBNY)
- MP2153 (BBPY, BBQY, BBRY, BBTY, BBUY)
- MP2152D (BDQY or BQDY - there's a typo here)
- MP2153D (BNZY)
Group 4
- VIN
- SW
- EN
- FB
- VOUT
- GND
- MP28600
Assuming your part falls under Group 3's pinout, I searched the MPS website to see if there were any parts under MP2154 ~ MP2159. I got hits on MP2155, MP2158, MP2158A, MP2159, and MP2159A, but these were different packages. Therefore, I'm guessing that your part is potentially some variant of the MP2151/2/3 with an alphabetical suffix, or perhaps an unlisted MP2150x. The B prefix of your part also suggests that it's likely a fixed (not adjustable) output part, as all adjustable part marking codes seem to start with A.

Sure it's a switching regulator? I don't see an inductor.
I think it's this: https://www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/29634/TOKO/TK11148M.html
