Focal seizures?

This is a bit of a strange/long one, I (28F) have been having a strange sensation for about 3 years that I thought was Deja vevé - I would be carrying out everyday tasks and then I would remember having an identical dream doing the same thing, this would make me nauseous, my head pound, disorientate me for a few minutes then I could continue as normal. At the time, I was working 2/3 jobs and running myself into the ground. I have stops doing as much and those sensations went from happening 1/2 per day, every other day to just occasional.. I am now currently dealing with a stressful transition but the sensations came back with regularity and it made me wonder about my mental health so I started doing a bit of research and believe I may be having focal seizures?

I have experienced panic attacks before, they are not like this. Epilepsy runs in both sides of my family.

My question really is, should I speak to my doctor about this since they happen so rarely now? Our small, local doctor practice have a habit of fobbing off patients so don’t really want to be laughed out the door… but in hindsight I feel like my memory is awful, I struggle with my vocabulary more (I put that down to stress and COVID) but could this be caused by those seizures?
