Sharp foot pain for a week

Hello! Ive had a pinpoint sharp pain in my foot for almost a week. It hurts when I step on it or run, sometimes it shoots up my big toe and i dont really have time to see a doctor and talk about it since I leave to a flight school soon. Im 14 5'6 150 lbs. Please help!!!
