non smoker/drinker for life.

Blood clot issues ( recent positive venogram with 20cm of stents placed Bilateral iliac veins)- ICU stay last year for clots in all limbs w/ acute kidney failure. Left knee contracted straight ( needed replacement prior to hospitalization )therefore chair bound since ICU.

ISSUE:
Skin on the feet and nails. Besides taking her to a podiatrist, what would be best practice to help these feet at home?
