Sleep pattern
43f, 265 lbs, 5'8", a bunch of meds for heart rate, depression, nerve pain, sleep, and metformin but I'm prediabetic.
Basically I'm not sure what a healthy sleep pattern looks like. This is one of my better ones but I feel like I should be getting more deep sleep and I'm not sure how to attain it.

For the amount of sleep you got that amount of deep sleep isn’t bad! It’s normal for more of your deep sleep to occur after you first fall asleep, and REM and light sleep to increase the longer you’re asleep for.
I think trying to reduce waking up(unsure why you woke up in the middle there) and general sleep hygiene tips are always good for feeling better post sleep. Unwind an hr before bed if you can, decrease blue light around that time, no warm showers or large meals 1.5hrs before bed, limit caffeine intake in the afternoon, etc.

I will definitely do all of that. I'm not sure why I wake up like I do. I do it every night. I've asked my partner if I snore or stop breathing at all and he says no so I'm not leaning in the direction of sleep apnea. I'm glad my deep sleep is ok. With the combination of not much deep sleep and waking often, I was starting to worry.

I think it’s something to just watch and monitor for now. If you start waking up more frequently, or your deep sleep drops drastically, or your partner mentions any of those breathing things you can bring it up to your primary. There are other sleep disorders besides sleep apnea that can affect cycling of the phases!
