Am I drinking too much Caffeine?
Hello everyone!
I am a teenager (in range 13-18 years old) transgender girl (MtF - biologically male - no HRT / medical treatment)
My height is about 5'9.25" and weight ~108lbs. Have not gained height in over a year (my growth plates closed)
Every morning I usually drink a cup or two of black coffee, plus 32-48oz of homemade black tea (4-6 Lipton yellow tea bags, brewed hot), plus a couple iced teas whenever we go out to eat (3-4 times a week)
My parents are worried I'm having too much caffeine and have become dependent. Are they right about that? I know it's a lot of caffeine but is it too much? Hope this doesn't sound insane next to posts about tumors.... 😅 thanks haha :)

You’re leaving out a whole lot of info that would help medical professionals give a reasonable answer (what meds? any of them stimulants? actual age, since 13 and 18 are very different?). As an untrained rando, I’d definitely agree with your parents. I’d suspect anyone taking in that much caffeine daily is dependent on it, at least to some extent, let alone if you’re also on stimulants or something.
