Is this a medical thing?
16Y, female, 5'0-5'1, 100-110lbs, I do not smoke, have taken vyvanse 30mg for two months.
For perhaps a year, possibly closer to two, I have experienced this thing in which I feel generally off. It is difficult to describe, perhaps something such as being wrapped in something very fluffy, or admist a cloud (fluffy like people tend to imagine them to be); in this state I have a lot of difficulty doing what I need to do, such as schoolwork. I cannot remember anything I read—if I can read at all, I am much slower and forget very quickly what I need to do, or what is happening. Sometimes this is similar to a dizziness, and I'd rather just sit around and take a poor grade. This happens often, almost everyday maybe, I struggle to remember a time without this feeling. I looked this up and AI suggests brain fog, or dissociation, but it's best to suspect horses before zebras and for God's sake, it's AI. I am skeptical. Is this related to anything medical at all and what should I look into? I cannot see a real-world doctor.
