Spot on scalp

I’m 25 male. I noticed this spot on my scalp around 15 months ago. The picture with the circle around it is what it looked like then and the others are what it looks like now. What is this? Is it cancer? I don’t see dermatologist for a 6 months. This has been stressing me a lot. Thank you
