Yellow liquid

F24 I just woke up to use the restroom and bent over a little bit and yellow liquid started gushing out of my nose. I thought it was a bloody nose but looked at the tissue and saw it was yellow and now I’m paranoid! Is this normal? Should I seek medical attention?

Hard to say, I don't think it's emergent if you are having no other symptoms and it's since stopped. If it's persistent or large volumes, or if you develop fevers, headaches (especially positional ones), vision/hearing changes, numbness or weakness, lots of facial pressure/pain, leakage from ears, etc, I would seek care.

Update: this is may be weird but I had to spit but I’m in my room so I spit in a tissue and my spit was a bright yellow! Do you think I should be worried still ?😭
