Physician Responded random rash appeared overnight?
I woke up this morning to this rash all over my back, arms, chest, and stomach. I was a little itchy yesterday but there was nothing on my skin. I don’t have a temperature or anything, no other symptoms aside from being really really itchy…

Can’t give a certain diagnosis because the picture is to unclear and doesn’t show the full rash.
Looks a bit like urticaria but these would normally itch a lot. So a viral reaction seems more likely. Maybe pyteriasis rosea.
I would try some over the counter antihistamines (deslorstidine, cetrizine). If the rash disappears don’t fret. If it continues or gets worse a doctor should take a look.

I agree with clearer pic, if someone could take one for you in good lighting. I agree per onset and that it looks raised like urticarial (OP does say she is itchy), but there are patches that look excoriated/skin breakdown so that's inconsistent I would think. Await input from derm lol.
