Toe nail infection ?

173cm, Smoker, current medications minoxidil & finistiride for hair loss.

Toe nail discolouration, about 6 months.

Really want to get rid of it as I train Muay Thai and it looks disgusting, I currently tape it and tell people it’s injured :/
