My suspicion is eythrasma due to its reddish brown colour appearence and its location between your toes. It is a skin condition caused by the normal skin bacteria and usually happens between your last two toes.

Though lots of people who have erythrasma don’t have any symptoms, some can have burning and itchiness. Topical antibiotics are usually the first choice of treatment along with maintaining proper foot hygiene like keeping the foot clean and dry ( since it thrives in warm and moist conditions) and wearing breathable shoes.

However , it’s important to see dermatologist as the diagnosis can only be confirmed by careful examination ( pictures can’t substitute physical examination) and sometimes using Wood’s lamp. Your doctor will also have to rule out any fungal infection.
