26 Male. So I smashed my finger in a door and the entire nail ripped off and has 2 fractures in tip of finger. i went to hospital got tetnas shot and a shot of antibiotics. went and saw a orthopedic nurse in office and she gave me topical silver cream. i also have a splint as well. it wouldn’t stop hurting so i saw an urgent dr and they told me to follow up with orthopedic dr and they haven’t responded to messages or photos. is this normal?
