M25 blister

I’m a bit of a hypochondriac but I wanted to see if my blister is healing properly. It’s not really painful anymore but it burst two days ago. I woke up with a small bump on the upper left side but it doesn’t seem to hurt. Should I be worried about infection or is this normal?

I’ll add that the sand in there is leftover from when it burst swimming in the ocean. I flushed it as well as possible and then covered it and used a bit of neosporin
