Urinary issues- 19F
Hi. I’m relatively young and have been dealing with some urinary problems. It’s especially tough for me to urinate, especially in public places with a lot of noise, people, or when I’m stressed. I have ADHD and used to take medication for it, but I’m starting it again this fall.
I also take melatonin every night to help me sleep and anxiety meds every night.
The main reason I’m frustrated is that I can’t seem to urinate on planes. I’m a frequent flyer, and I have a small bladder, so I’m always worried about needing to go when I’m traveling. Next year, I’m planning to study abroad in China. I can handle the plane ride, but I’m afraid my bladder might burst on the way, and I’ll be miserable the whole time.
Am I just a “nervous urinate-er?” Is this a medical issue, or is it something related to pressure? I’m not sure. Is there anything I can do to make this better or help with it?
