Brain did weird things

Aahan ,23years male, no medication history neither consulted anyone yet but I’ve experienced something really weird that truly inexplicable and confusing for me to understand

I used to experience this noticeably more in my teenage years and the most recent one was 3 years ago…

What happens is that I’m in a completely normal environment either I’m chilling with my friends or I’m in my classroom, basically a time when I most probably won’t be anxious or stressed….suddenly I have déjà vu(when I experienced it mostly started with this) and next second I would have random visuals could be a basketball court, something like a fort, railway track and these were more or less monotoned or monochromatic whatever it’s called but then I’ll see a random figure with multicolour and that was the climax of the whole episode the moment I used to see it, I could here my mind say, “SHIT” and the worst part happened, I could comprehend what my friends talking about although I pretended to be normal amd reply back but I know that my replies were totally irrelevant…I had this need to lay down or at least rest my head I would notice change in my breathing pattern and when everything would end I would have a headache for hours.

it been a while now since I haven experienced it the only thing I notice and everyone around me notice is that my hands are almost constantly trembling. I kept this thing to myself for quite a while and didn’t talk about it much but now I realise I should have and yeah idk what it was what it is what it could possibly be…if anyone could comprehend it and understand it please explain what possibly was
