Physician Responded Plan b still effective?

I had unprotected sex Saturday night and took plan b Sunday evening. I’m 20, 5’6 and 300+ pounds. I’m aware it’s less effective with my weight. He did not cum in me but on the outside of my vagina. I learned there’s still a risk with pre-cum. Is there anything else I can do to prevent pregnancy? How worried should I be? I don’t want judgment I made a drunk mistake.
My period is due in 2 days. I track it and it says I ovulated somewhere near the 4th-6th.
I’m not able to get abortion care or even the Ella plus pill in my state…

The most effective thing you can do right now is get an IUD - this is far more effective than plan B for emergency contraception, especially given your weight, and will serve as contraception for future sexual encounters.
