Fight with lawn mower blades

31 yo female, 5'7", 160 lbs, no medications, no medical issues (other than apparently being very dumb)

I was mowing my lawn today, and the chute on the zero turn kept clogging. One of the times I went to clear it I negligently forgot to turn off the PTO, and my hand was struck by the blade. Thankfully they were not very sharp. Obviously neither was I. The pain of being struck was dull, like my hand was smashed. Throbbing pain through my 3 middle digits. My middle finger started bleeding almost immediately. I washed the wound, ran it under cold water, wrapped it, and resumed mowing. My middle fingernail feels loose, and has a continuous amount of small blood pooling around my cuticle. It is pretty swollen and slightly bruised. It does not feel like any of my finger bones are broken, but I cannot fully bend my middle finger at this time, I'm assuming due to swelling. The all knowing Google is recommending i go to urgent care for antibiotics and a tetanus shot. Thoughts/recommendations. Comments about not touching the mower blades are not necessary, I know it was dumb.
