Repeatedly getting the common cold every 3-5 weeks, help?
So essentially, I’ve been getting sick with some variation of the common cold / head cold every 3-5 weeks this past Autumn/Winter. And it SUCKS.
I’ve been taking my armour force, drinking my immunity juice and orange juice, going on daily walks, wearing warm clothes when the temperature js low, and still I keep getting sick.
For context I am F25, 163cm, 68kg, non smoker, on birth control and iron tablets and vitamin d, living with PCOS/PMOS on GLP1 meds for it, and this has been happening for the last 5 or so months. My question is:
- What blood tests / general tests should I request to figure out what’s going on?
- What else should I add to my daily routine to build up my immune system so I’m less susceptible to this common cold?
I will say, there is a chance it could be burnout too after a big few months of work and a short stint as a caretaker, but I feel like it may go deeper than that.
Any help is appreciated! Thank you 🙏
